All cakes are made to order, handcrafted from scratch using very high quality ingredients- Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla, Pure Butter, Belgian Chocolate and Fruit Compotes, Caramel and Frostings made in house from scratch. All standard cakes have 3 layers of cake and 2 delicious layers of frosting . Standing at approximately 5 inches tall ,all cakes are finished with buttercream to protect the cake and keep it fresh. It also provides a good base for fondant cakes.
